Who Is Atrioc? The Marketer Who Became a Streamer
Atrioc is the streamer people tune in to for marketing, business and economics explained with a straight face and a good joke. Here's a short guide to the person behind the merch, for new fans and old ones.
Who is Atrioc?
Atrioc is the online name of Brandon Ewing, an American streamer and YouTuber. He studied marketing at Arizona State University, graduating in 2013, and founded the school's esports association while he was there.
What did he do before streaming?
Marketing, for real. He worked in content marketing at Twitch, where he co-hosted the weekly news show Twitch Weekly, and in December 2017 he moved to the marketing team at Nvidia, where he appeared in the launch videos for the GeForce RTX 30 series.
When did he start streaming?
He began streaming games in late 2019 and streamed regularly from the start of the pandemic, keeping his day job until he went full-time in late 2022.
What is he known for?
- Marketing Monday: a live news series, running since 2020, on the latest in marketing, business and politics.
- Big A: his YouTube clips channel, where daily stream highlights usually cover the economy and the news.
- Hitman: he made his name with the Hitman games and once held a speedrun world record.
- Lemonade Stand: a business podcast he started in March 2025 with fellow creators DougDoug and Aiden McCaig.
Why fans wear his merch
Atrioc's streams are full of running jokes about companies, markets and marketing, and his fans love them. Wearing one is an easy way to find the other people in the room who get it.
